Teaching Personnel are currently working with a specialist SEN Secondary school based in Stoke-on-Trent who are currently looking for an SEN Teacher to start in January 2026. This is a great opportunity for a teacher with a background in SEN who is looking for a new, rewarding role. The Role: Start-date: 5 th January Ongoing/long-term with opportunity for a permanent contract with the school Teaching students in Years 7-9 Your role will involve implementing a range of strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and active engagement. You’ll regularly assess student progress and adapt your teaching methods to ensure all learners are both challenged and supported appropriately. Building strong, positive relationships with families and carers will be essential to promoting holistic development and ensuring continuity between school and home. Requirements: QTS Experience teaching students with SEN Good knowledge of ASD, SEMH, and current teaching techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative, resilient and committed to inclusive education Good understanding of EHCPs and progress tracking in SEN settings If you’re interested in this opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!
