2. Engagingwithcustomers,keepingtheminformedandensuringtheirdeliveryandourinstallationiscarriedouttothehigheststandardfollowingbestpracticeguidance.
3. Maintainregularcontactwithyoursitethroughoutthedaytomeetanychangestoacustomerdeliveryrequest,discussingandescalatingunplannedissues,seekingguidanceandadaptingasnecessary.
4. Ensurethehandheldoperatingdevice(Savvy)isalwaysusedcorrectlybycompletingvisitsandobtainingcustomersignatures.
5. LiaisewithManufacturersatthepointofdeliverywhennecessary.
6. Handleallproductssafelyandwithcare,supportingyourcolleaguestodothesame.
