Role: You will play a pivotal role in the support of the live service encompassing Oracle Fusion applications Oversee the transition to go-live, oversee and agree the acceptance into service process Lead on the service operating model creation, leading a team of onshore and offshore resources Manage service reporting requirements and ITIL process adherence Ensure the successful delivery of the client managed service Encompassing: Team Leadership Service Strategy Stakeholder Management Governance and Service Reporting Risk Management and Issue/ Problem Resolution Essential Technical Skills Strong experience as an Oracle Service Delivery Manager Proven experience managing live large-scale Oracle (Fusion) implementations Public sector / NHS or similarly complex regulated environments Strong understanding of Release Management, Change Management, Environment Management, Configuration and Cost Management Must have led a large service team in a complex public sector engagement Skills: Strong service delivery management experience Experience delivering complex PS delivery Ideally Oracle solution delivery knowledge
