Curaleaf is looking for a Medical Cannabis Production Technician for a 6‑month temporary contract, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. This role is based in our Curaleaf Laboratories division, a state‑of‑the‑art MHRA‑approved manufacturing facility in the UK.
What You'll Be Doing
* Follow precise manufacturing methods in cleanroom and non‑sterile environments.
* Operate and check equipment, adjusting or calibrating as needed.
* Keep accurate records and logbooks.
* Maintain a clean, sterile workspace to minimise contamination risks.
* Inspect products to ensure quality and consistency.
* Handle and dispose of materials, including hazardous waste, safely.
* Manage your own time effectively to meet production goals.
What We're Looking For
* Excellent organisation and time‑management skills.
* Calm and accurate under pressure.
* Ability to work well independently and in a team.
* Willingness to follow strict procedures.
* Attention to detail and ability to spot and correct issues.
* Good dexterity and reading comprehension.
* Flexibility with working hours (shifts 6 am – 8 pm).
* Bonus: experience in fast‑pace or pharmaceutical manufacturing (not essential). Full training provided.
