About the role:
* As a Fall Protection Engineer you will survey, test and install a variety of height safe equipment
* Possess excellent customer service skills in fulfilling the needs of our clients
* You will work efficiently whilst upholding health and safety standards through proficient use of risk and method statements
* Assist with mentoring support operatives through their height safety training
* Confident with Installing height safety equipment
* Supporting with pre-tender site surveys providing technical design input to the Estimating team when needed
* Proficient in completing test and inspection reports detailing any further works needed for legislative compliance
What youll need:
* Experience within the height safety industry
* A flexible approach to work with the ability to travel and lodge away from home when required
* Valid full UK driving licence
* Self-starter keen to get the job done
* Ability to use own initiative
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Minimum 2 years experience with installation, test and repair of height safety systems, including; cable based fall protection systems, abseiling points, Davit Arms / sockets, guard rails, eye bolts and fixed ladders
* CSCS card (preferable)
