Main responsibilities for the HR and Recruitment Co-Ordinator:
1. Provide comprehensive HR and recruitment support to clients and internal teams.
2. Draft and post job adverts, manage applications, and coordinate interviews.
3. Support pre-employment checks including right-to-work verification and reference requests.
4. Prepare HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.
