Key Responsibilities: Managing pre-procurement and post-contract activitiesPreparing procurement strategies, governance papers, commercial schedules, and award documentationLeading stakeholder engagement for renewals, competitions and urgent procurement needsSupporting contract management and change controlEnsuring all work complies with the Procurement Act 2023Using systems such as SAP Ariba and SAP R3 for supplier and contract managementMaintaining accurate, auditable records across all procurement processes As Assistant Commercial Manager, you will support the Commercial Manager with end-to-end procurement activity across the Trams network.
