Clayesmore School is seeking an exceptional Marketing and Admissions Manager to lead our marketing strategy and admissions journey, shaping the future of our thriving community.
Responsibilities
* Drive our marketing strategy across digital, print, PR, and events.
* Lead the full admissions journey — from first enquiry to enrolment.
* Deliver multi-channel campaigns that inspire, engage, and convert.
* Champion our brand across the school and beyond, enhancing visibility and reputation.
* Collaborate with leadership, staff, and agencies to ensure best-in-class execution.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in marketing and admissions (ideally 5+ years in education or a similar sector).
* Strong digital marketing expertise (paid media, CRM, content, analytics).
* A track record of leading successful campaigns and managing budgets.
* Exceptional communication skills — confident, persuasive, and collaborative.
* A genuine passion for education and the ability to think like our families.
A marketing qualification and experience within the independent school sector are desirable for this role.
