Trinity House Group are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to the plant leadership team, helping shape decisions that drive performance and sustainable growth.
Reporting functionally to the UK Operations Finance Manager, you will be an integral part of the onsite plant management team. This role goes beyond traditional finance responsibilities—you will partner closely with operational leaders, provide strategic insight, and constructively challenge assumptions to influence meaningful outcomes. Your focus will be on turning financial data into practical, actionable plans that ensure budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics create real business value.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Partner with the plant management team to understand key business drivers and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
* Translate financial analysis into clear, insightful recommendations that support operational and strategic decision-making.
* Provide proactive financial guidance and challenge stakeholders to optimise cost efficiency and profitability.
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial and non-financial information, including KPIs and variance analysis.
* Lead the development of performance plans, budgets, and forecasts, including quarterly presentations to the Managing Director.
* Support investment decisions through robust CAPEX evaluations, business cases, and scenario analysis.
What We Are Looking For

* Holds an ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification and demonstrates strong commercial acumen.

* Is confident in challenging assumptions and offering innovative, pragmatic solutions.
