With a brand-new studio opening in Leeds, they’re on the hunt for a Senior 2D/3D Creative Production Artist/Animator who can bring flair, imagination and polish to their growing portfolio. The Role You’ll work across the full creative spectrum—from concepting and sketching, through to finished in-game assets and animations. Whether you’re designing rich fantasy symbols, slick sci-fi UI, or immersive backgrounds, you'll play a key role in how each game comes to life. Your work will span 2D, 3D, animation, effects, and more. What You’ll Do Create stunning 2D and 3D artwork for slot games—symbols, backgrounds, UI, animations, VFX. Use software like Spine, Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya or Blender to craft top-tier game assets. Translate concepts and storyboards into production-ready visuals across multiple game styles (cartoon, fantasy, sci-fi, realism). Optimise assets for mobile performance without compromising on visual quality. Collaborate closely with other artists, designers and developers to realise a cohesive creative vision. Embrace AI tools to speed up and enhance the development process. Feed back into the creative process with fresh ideas, constructive input and artistic leadership. What We’re Looking For A strong portfolio of 2D/3D work, ideally including slot or casino game assets. Excellent skills in Spine animation and a wide range of 2D/3D tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya, Blender etc). A strong understanding of game art pipelines, visual storytelling, and asset optimisation. Experience in rigging, shading, lighting and animation for games. A collaborative spirit and the confidence to give and receive feedback. A passion for game art—and especially for slot games. Someone who’s not afraid of deadlines and thrives in a high-paced, high-output environment.
