Our client is opening a stylish new Bar & Restaurant in the heart of London this November, and we're looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to take charge. With seating for 150 guests and a trendy, smart-casual atmosphere, this is your chance to lead an innovative venue.
As the Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations, managing a team of 15 staff to deliver exceptional service and ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the business. From creating a welcoming guest experience to managing operations behind the scenes, you'll be the heartbeat of the venue.
