Essential Requirements
* Full UK Manual Driver’s licence for minimum one year
* Ambition and drive – future team leaders
* Willingness to travel
* Commitment to a minimum four‑year investment; training costs apply if leave before this period
What’s the Journey?
You will begin with 3 months at our brand‑new technical academy, learning the basics and preparing for field work. Then you’ll attend our customer sites with an experienced technician who will support your learning, returning periodically to the academy for further classroom‑based learning – a mix of classroom and hands‑on experience.
Typical Day
* Every day is different: various locations and customers – schools, colleges, commercial kitchens at sporting venues
* Building portfolio to evidence competence in each area of the training programme through a structured approach to learning
* Carrying out preventive maintenance, callouts and repairs on a wide variety of commercial kitchen equipment
* Upon completion of the trainee programme, you will have your own allocated sites, building relationships with customers and learning the ins and outs of each kitchen
This role delivers real impact – you’ll earn pay increases annually as you gain experience, working on more complex jobs.
