Contract Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £31,650 - £45,646 + SEN Allowance

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver dynamic Design and Technology lessons tailored to individual student abilities
Facilitate the development of practical skills and creativity
Collaborate closely with SEN support teams and therapists to ensure holistic educational support
Cultivate a positive, secure, and stimulating classroom atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Design Technology
Experience working with SEN students, preferably in an SEMH environment
Effective classroom management skills with a nurturing teaching approach
Passion for inclusive education and student achievement
