This role is to lead on the PFI Delivery for all matters relating to Estates and Facilities and to support the Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities in all matters in relation to the PFI Estate. You will have a strong background in building surveying / condition and asset management, scrutinising building information and demonstrate understanding to help support the most appropriate FM Model as the Trusts looks to procure its PFI Estate. As part of the role, displaying excellent relationship and communication skills is essential to succeed and deliver as the Trust looks to take a significant step into the future
