Maintenance Manager - Desford - c£30ph PAYE - 12 Months Are you a hands-on Maintenance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for an experienced leader to drive equipment reliability, safety and operational efficiency, while leading and developing a high performing maintenance team (4 team leaders and 30 personnel). We are looking: - Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in maintenance planning and execution within a large scale and high-pressure manufacturing environment.
