What You'll Impact
* Drive compensation planning and ensure fairness, compliance, and transparency worldwide
* Support dynamic projects on EU Pay Transparency and sales incentive plans
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders and colleagues in a truly global environment
Your Key Responsibilities
* Deliver analytical support for compensation cycles and reports for leadership
* Create clear, engaging communications and training materials for managers and employees
* Analyse reward data to uncover actionable insights
* Help build dashboards that enable strategic, data-driven decisions
Who We're Looking For
* Experience in Compensation, Rewards, or HR Analytics
* Advanced Excel (VBA a plus), PowerPoint, and strong data analysis skills
* Confident communicator experienced in stakeholder management
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative "one team" culture
