Paid social is a core growth channel at Compare My Move. It helps people moving home find the right services at the right time, and plays a key role in building a stronger, more recognisable brand.
We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to own paid social across Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms, with responsibility for performance, budget and direction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Plan, run and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms
* Own paid social performance end to end, from strategy and creative testing to optimisation and reporting
* Manage and allocate significant budgets, balancing efficiency, scale and incremental growth
* Work closely with Creative, Content and Design to shape ad concepts and messaging
* Use data and insight to drive customer acquisition and return on investment
* Analyse performance and share clear, actionable insight with senior stakeholders
* Stay close to platform changes, trends and opportunities that could improve results
You’ll also help shape how paid social operates at Compare My Move as the channel continues to grow.
You’ll also help establish standards, testing frameworks and ways of working that support sustainable growth of the channel, influencing how paid social operates without formal people management responsibility.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Significant experience owning paid social performance in a commercial, performance-led environment
* Strong hands-on experience across Meta and or TikTok
* Proven experience managing paid social budgets and making spend decisions
* Solid understanding of creative testing across static and video formats
* Confidence analysing performance and explaining results, trade-offs and recommendations
* Experience working cross-functionally with creative, content and commercial teams
