In this Respiratory Nurse position you will be joining a highly-respected primary care provider, who work closely with GP practices in the community. As a Respiratory Nurse, you will:
* Work shifts of Mon Fri / 9am 5pm
* Conduct patient audits and deliver specialist clinics within a GP practice
* Be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with respiratory conditions
* Provide mentorship and support to general practice staff
* Improve patient outcomes in line with local and national guidelines
