About the Role Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail orientated UHNW Account Executive to join their prestigious Private Client team in Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with High Net Worth / Ultra High Net Worth individuals, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service and tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage client relationships, acting as the key point of contact for insurance advice and renewals. Identify and assess client insurance requirements and recommend suitable HNW/UHNW products. Work closely with underwriters and insurers to negotiate competitive terms and pricing. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and client servicing. Key Requirements Proven track record of managing UHNW/HNW clients relationships and a portfolio of clients - family office, high value property & motor, fine art & jewellery Insurance. Strong understanding of handling bespoke client requirements. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills. Absolute discretion and professionalism in handling policies. Vital to be office based at least 2 days a week. Minimum 4 years' of experience in a similar UHNW/HNW client-facing & client servicing role
