Retail Assistant – Luton Airport
Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Retail Assistant at Luton Airport to join a busy airport retail team. This role involves customer service, till work, and maintaining a professional and friendly approach in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Luton Airport
Salary: £12.21 per hour + accrued holiday pay
Working Hours: Shift pattern – 2 earlies (4:00 am–2:00 pm), 2 lates (2:00 pm–10:00 pm), then 2 days off
Job Type: Shift-based, Ongoing

Key Responsibilities
1. Serve customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
2. Operate tills and handle cash accurately.
3. Support the retail team with daily shop duties.
4. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming shop environment.
5. Deliver excellent customer service throughout all interactions.
Essential Skills & Experience
6. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
7. Confident using tills and handling cash.
8. Friendly, approachable, and well-presented.
9. Able to commit to the rotating early and late shift pattern.
10. Must be able to travel to and from Luton Airport using public transport (no staff parking available).
