Role Responsibilities 👋☕
Your day may include:
* Delivering friendly, enthusiastic customer service with a smile
* Preparing perfectly blended drinks and high-quality food
* Keeping the counter and service areas clean and tidy
* Being a positive team player with great communication skills
* Keeping mugs, plates, cupboards and fridges fully stocked
* Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends and presentation techniques
* Checking brewing equipment is working correctly and reporting any issues
* Carrying out quality checks to keep standards high
Requirements 💪
* Previous Barista experience is essential
* Hands-on experience with brewing equipment (bean-to-cup trained)
* Calm under pressure during busy periods
* Energetic, enthusiastic and reliable
* A strong team player with great initiative
* Excellent timekeeping
* Comfortable being on your feet and moving around for most of your shift
