Job Description
Come join us in Rochdale! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support children and young people with disabilities in our residential services.

The salary ranges from £31,067 to £34,314 per annum, with potential additional earnings up to £3,000 through sleep-in allowances and bank holiday payments.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in residential, additional needs, or specialist education settings.
* Understanding of children and young people with SEND/disability and person-centred care.
* Genuine interest in the well-being and inclusion of children with disabilities.
* Experience supporting children who may display challenging behaviors.
* Experience providing care to individuals with disabilities, including personal care.
Applicants should have a positive attitude, be adaptable and flexible, and committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The role offers opportunities for personal and professional development, including training in Therapeutic Parenting with PACE, foundational to our Model of Care.
You must be over 21 years old and have at least 1 year of experience working with children and young people. Qualification to NVQ/Diploma Level 3 or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory, as support for obtaining this qualification will be provided.
