Location: Leeds Hours: 21 hours per week (ideally Monday-Thursday, flexible within 08:30-17:00) Contract: Temporary, until the end of January The Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to support our finance operations on a part-time basis. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and internal approvals. Key responsibilities include: Processing travel and subsistence claims, fees, and authority for payment forms Reconciling travel advances Reviewing Purchase Card receipts and transactions Goods receipting Preparing and processing journals Calculating and processing internal recharges Approving purchases via the internal system What We Are Looking For: We are looking for someone who is: Organised and methodical in their approach to financial tasks Confident using internal finance systems and tools Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable managing multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Previous experience in a finance administrative role is desirable.
