Job Description: Court Usher

Our public sector client in Gloucester Town Centre is recruiting for a Court Usher (Band F) to join their team on a temporary basis. This role has a good chance of extension. It is a full-time position, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with usual hours around 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm, depending on business needs. The pay rate is £12.21 per hour, paid weekly.
This role is fully onsite, with no hybrid or remote working options.
Responsibilities
* Setting up courtrooms (water, pads, pens, etc.)
* Ensuring correct scheduling of courtrooms
* Collating court files and papers
* Providing directions to courtrooms
* Recording outcomes
* Data entry
Candidates with strong face-to-face customer service experience are preferred. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check at no cost.
