About the Role:
The Reporting Data Analyst position at Strictly Education is pivotal for ensuring the accurate and punctual reporting of our clients’ employee and employer pension contributions to the relevant pension funds. This role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities aimed at maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the reporting process.
The core of this role lies in providing an outstanding service delivery. As well as excellent communication skills when liaising with our clients and pension funds, you’ll bring a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) data is accurately produced in compliance with agreed procedures and regulatory standards, providing reports to clients which detail employee and employer contributions.
You'll also support conducting comprehensive reconciliations to ensure alignment between reported pension contributions and actual payments made to the pension schemes, addressing any discrepancies promptly.

Role Holder Requirements
What You Can Bring to the Role:
As a Reporting Data Analyst, you will have:
Proficiency in handling sensitive information and analysing data, ideally within Local Government Pensions (LGPS) or similar Pension data environments.
Experience in a fast-paced environment, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong numerical skills and a sharp attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a highly motivated team, work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines and SLAs.
Competency in MS Office, especially intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including v-lookup proficiency.
