In this role of a German Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will collaborate closely with our existing team in Germany, providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Duties:
1. Handling Telephone calls and providing written support regarding card payment terminals and ATMs
2. Solving customer inquiries of a technical nature
3. Carrying out error analysis
4. Scheduling of service technicians and terminal exchange orders
5. Permanent review and optimisation of existing work processes
What we are looking for:
6. Excellent customer service experience (preferably Call centre experience)
7. Enjoy direct and indirect customer contact
8. Fluent/Advanced in German (verbal & written)
9. Knowledge of English desirable, preferably a second foreign language / multilingual is beneficial (e.g. Dutch, French, Italian, Turkish)
