JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Service Advisorwho is organised, driven and dedicated with great communication and administration skills.

Working as a Customer Service Advisor you will be a first point of contact for customers, handling and responding to all in-coming calls and enquiries.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be a team player who is passionate about customer service with a good understanding of general computer use to effectively deliver quality products and excellent service to customers.

DUTIES

Your duties as a Customer Service Advisor will include:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and chat
2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, understanding of the customer journey
3. Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the implemented SLA time limits and follow up to ensure a satisfactory resolution
4. Build positive and productive relationships with customers through trust and respect
5. Use customer feedback to improve products and services, relaying to multiple departments
6. Develop a comprehensive technical understanding of products/ systems to ensure the correct information is passed to clients
7. Monitor new products to market/ help build most frequently asked questions database
8. Monitoring products on the website/ social media to ensure best Customer experience/ journey from browsing to purchase
9. Calls will be a healthy mix of inbound / outbound in this role, so an understanding of the company you are representing on the call is important
10. Training will be given prior to start of the role, and ongoing throughout the role as you will be at the forefront of communication with clients
11. Placing orders when required on behalf of the customer, alongside assisting other departments when required to process orders, solving any queries to a satisfactory outcome

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

12. Previous administrative experience required
13. Previous experience in a commercial customer service role
14. Friendly personality and desire to deliver outstandingly good customer service
15. A team player who will enjoy being part of a busy committed team
16. Good level written and spoken English and numeracy
17. Experienced in the use of MS Office / 365 applications such as: Outlook, Excel, Word
18. Organised with attention to detail and personal pride in their work
19. Somebody with positive opinions and insights who is not afraid to challenge what is being done and help to do it better
