Little Crafters Cafe is a children's arts and crafts cafe where creativity meets community. Alongside our engaging activities, we also offer a curated selection of toys, clothing, and children's accessories both in-store and online.
We're looking for a creative, energetic, and passionate individual who loves working with children and thrives in a lively, fun environment.
About the Role
* Approximately 20-30 hours per week
* 3 to 4 days a week (including weekends and weekdays)
* Must be able to work unsupervised for the duration of the shift
* Flexible schedule to support cafe events and business needs
Duties & Responsibilities
* Oversee daily cafe floor operations, including:
* Taking and serving food orders (desserts, sandwiches, milkshakes, fresh juices)
* Preparing and setting up crafts for children
* Answering phone calls
* Cleaning and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and regular customers to encourage loyalty and engagement
* Work confidently and independently while also contributing as part of a supportive small team
* Ensure smooth coordination with other departments for cafe operations
* Follow all health and safety regulations
