Join an established Clinical Negligence team at Fletchers Group. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our dynamic and supportive team, delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
Senior Solicitor with autonomy to manage complex cases from start to finish, maintaining proactive and commercially focused approach. Regular communication with clients, medical experts, and other stakeholders to provide clear guidance and maintain strong relationships. Leadership and collaboration within the team to drive success and uphold excellence in clinical negligence law.

Main Responsibilities
* Provide support, guidance and assistance to the team to deliver outstanding service to customers
* Proactive and commercial case management and progression
* Support the Team Leader in ensuring the delivery of the team’s financial performance KPIs
* Effective and thorough time recording
Responsibilities
* Discussing and agreeing case tactics and planning with the Team Leader and team members
* Identifying cases ready for LOC, settlement and service within the team
* Managing the collection and collation of information to progress cases
* Managing a caseload in a proactive, commercial manner
* Co-ordinating progression of cases with internal and external parties
* Drafting legal documentation including LOC, letters of instruction
* Negotiating settlements and issuing and serving proceedings as required
* Overseeing team documentation and correspondence
* Advising the team on technical issues arising
Essential Skills And Experience
* Recent experience handling a caseload
* 8+ years PQE or equivalent experience in Clinical Negligence
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and drafting skills
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Proclaim and Excel
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong commercial awareness within a legal environment
* Ability to coach and mentor junior team members
* Flexible and committed to achieving results and meeting deadlines
* Excellent client care skills
