Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst - Southwest region

Over the past two decades SOCOTEC Asbestos achieved remarkable growth, expanding from three offices to six strategically located to serve all of mainland UK and beyond. You will:
* Conduct inspections and testing per competency matrix, including: management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys
* Perform re-inspections, airborne fibre sampling/counting, and four-stage clearances
* Record data and produce authorised reports
* Identify business opportunities and promote company services
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
* BOHS P402 (or equivalent)
* BOHS P403 & P404 (or equivalent)
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
* CSCS card
* SMSTS or SSSTS (advantageous)
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently
* Full UK driving licence
