Key Job Requirements as Diagnostic Technician/Mechanic:
* Accurately diagnose faults and recommend appropriate solutions
* Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance work to a high standard
* Complete used and new vehicle preparations
* Ensure all work is completed in line with franchise, manufacturer, and industry guidelines
* Maintain high standards of health and safety in the workshop
* Deliver outstanding levels of customer satisfaction
* Work efficiently and support workshop team targets
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:
* Fully qualified Vehicle Technician/Mechanic (essential)
* Commercial vehicle experience (preferred but not essential)
* Previous experience working in a franchised, high-volume workshop
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
* Good communication and teamworking skills
* A proactive, can-do attitude
