AG Hotels Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Hotel Manager to lead the operations of 3 properties in the North East UK (Sunderland, Newcastle and Washington). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing hotel group having 21 hotels in its portfolio, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a cluster of hotels, ensuring operational excellence across all sites.
* Drive business performance, maximize profitability, and maintain high guest satisfaction standards.
* Build and develop high-performing teams, providing guidance, training, and leadership.
* Work closely with the central team in London and back-office team in India to ensure smooth operational processes, financial reporting, and alignment with group policies.
* Implement company standards, policies, and brand guidelines effectively across all properties.
* Foster strong communication and collaboration between hotel operations and central support functions.
* Manage refurbishment projects and CAPEX works across the hotel cluster, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
* Has previous experience managing multiple hotel properties, preferably within a multi-site environment.
* Possesses excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
* Is comfortable and experienced in liaising with international teams, especially coordinating effectively with a back-office team based in India.
* Has strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
* Has experience managing refurbishment and CAPEX projects from planning through to completion.
* Is adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to travel
