What You’ll Be Doing as a Graduate Data Analyst
You’ll play a key role in turning data into meaningful insights that drive decisions, for both Quorum and our clients.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
* Creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports (internal & client-facing)
* Performing exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and anomalies, providing trend analysis, identifying problems and working with the wider team to implement solutions.
* Translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
* Identifying opportunities to automate processes and improve data processes improving our business efficiency.
* Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to solve real business problems.
You’ll Ideally Have
* A degree in a quantitative field (Maths, Statistics, Science) or equivalent experience.
* Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik.
* Proficiency in Python, SQL, R or other languages for extracting, analysing and manipulating data.
* An understanding of data pipelines / ETL processes (nice to have).
* Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills; you can explain data clearly.
