About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global C&B Specialist or Assistant C&B Manager. The right candidate will assist in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives. This role involves analyzing market data, evaluating current compensation structures, and assisting in the administration of benefits programs to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant with legal requirements.
What Will You Do?
* Assist in the development and implementation of compensation strategies and structures.
* Participate in salary surveys and benchmark compensation practices against industry standards.
* Evaluate and analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
* Support the design of incentive programs, bonuses, and other reward systems.
* Prepare detailed compensation and benefits reports for management review.
* Conduct data analysis to support compensation reviews and decision-making processes.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compensation and benefits.
* Assist in developing and updating compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
* Ensure all C&B policies are in line with organizational goals and legal requirements.
* Assist in communicating compensation and benefits programs to employees.
* Address employee queries related to pay, benefits, and other C&B matters.
* Ensure all compensation and benefits practices are in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
* Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, especially in the fields of Internet, Social Media, Social Fi, Game Fi, Blockchain, and Crypto.
What Are We Looking For?
* Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits
* Experience with global compensation analysis, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Understanding of compensation practices, including job evaluation, market pricing, and incentive plan design.
* Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
* Fluency in English and preferably Chinese.
