We’re looking for experienced Business Analysts to support a portfolio of active delivery work. These roles require confident, self-starting individuals who are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and driving analysis activity at pace.
📍 Location: Glasgow, Perth or Aberdeen (Hybrid working)

What you’ll do
1. Work across a portfolio of initiatives, supporting requirements gathering, analysis, and delivery activities
2. Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, challenge assumptions, and shape effective solutions
3. Capture and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support delivery teams
4. Analyse current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and resilience
5. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and drive alignment across stakeholders
6. Support the definition and mapping of business processes, ensuring clarity across impacted teams
7. Contribute to delivery planning, testing activities, and implementation support where required
8. Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing priorities and outputs in a fast-paced environment
What to bring
9. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a delivery-focused environment
10. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at senior levels
11. Ability to work independently as a self-starter, taking ownership of analysis activity and deliverables
12. Experience in process mapping, requirements elicitation, and solution definition
13. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts
14. A proactive, analytical mindset with a willingness to challenge and improve existing ways of working
15. Experience within network environments is highly desirable, but not essential
16. Background in outage management or operational resilience is a strong advantage
17. Familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2, or other delivery methodologies is beneficial
18. Professional Qualifications and/or practical experience: Business Analysis (IIBA) IT service management (ITIL, COBIT), project management (PRINCE2, APM, Agile)
