Recovery Coordinator
Located at Bruce Grove, London, N17 6RA
X1 Part Time position - 30 hours per week

The recovery practitioner will work as part of a team to provide collaborative recovery planning and case management to substance misusers (drug and alcohol) across all stages of individuals recovery journeys, from assessment and engagement through to sustained recovery

The recovery coordinator will be working with the team dealing with the prescribing and psychosocial element of their service users. You will ensure that first class care is delivered to their service users. The successful candidate must have experience of working with opiate and non-opiate clients.

At The Grove we provide a free and confidential service offering advice, information and structured treatment to Haringey residents who are facing problems with drugs and/or alcohol. Our service is open to people who are aged 18 or above offering a range of recovery focused services that are tailored to everyone.
We offer a range of recovery focussed services including;
* Substitute prescribing and community detox
* Needle exchange and harm reduction advice
* Support for people involved in the criminal justice system
* Support to access funding for residential rehabilitation and detox programmes
* BBV testing rand vaccinations.
* Employment, training and education
* Support for families, carers and friends
* Arrest Referral, Court work, DRR, ATR
