Our client is seeking a driven and detail?oriented Global Payroll Specialist to join their team. This hybrid role blends full?cycle payroll processing with people operations support, with a primary focus on payroll outside of Canada. Responsibilities
* Manage end?to?end payroll processing for assigned international regions (e.g., EMEA or APAC).
* Support people operations tasks such as employee data changes, documentation, and onboarding activities for designated countries.
* Provide backup support for payroll activities in other regions as needed.
* Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS and workflow systems.
* Navigate and adapt to evolving system workflows, particularly during new country rollouts.
* Research and interpret country?specific payroll requirements to support compliance and implementation efforts.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience processing payroll in international jurisdictions, particularly within EMEA or APAC.
* Strong proficiency with Dayforce or another complex, workflow?driven payroll system.
* Experience supporting payroll system implementations or similar projects is an asset.
* Ability to learn quickly, investigate issues proactively, and adapt to changing requirements.
* Professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones.
