We are hiring a Head of Product Development to lead a team of six with headcount growing soon.
You will shape the vision, run the pipeline, own the output, and sit at the centre of the creative engine room.

The Role
* Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing product team.
* Own the entire roadmap and pipeline from concepts to launch.
* Allocate resources and decide what gets focus.
* Spot cultural opportunities early and turn them into products at speed.
* Work with marketing to ensure products resonate on social media and with creators.
* Work with sales to understand retail pull and commercial realities.
* Work with sourcing to move fast from concept to manufacture.
* Act as the bridge between product, marketing, sales, sourcing, and finance.
* Raise standards around speed, output quality, and accountability.
The Person
* Solid leadership experience managing teams in physical product development/product design/industrial design – ideally from fast-paced/ physical consumer goods.
* Strong feel for the cultural zeitgeist and how social media drives what people buy and play.
* Hands-on comfort with materials, prototypes, and manufacturability. Industrial design or CAD literacy is a plus but not required.
* Commercial sharpness across margins, pricing, retailer expectations, and cost constraints.
* A builder at heart. Hands-on, decisive, and comfortable in high-growth environments.
* Energised by fast cycles, quick testing, and making real things quickly.
