Role: Night Receptionist at The Imperial - New Opening Hotel

40 hours (5 out of 7 nights weekly rota)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, calm and guest-focused Night Receptionist to keep our hotel running smoothly while the city sleeps. You’ll be the reassuring overnight presence that delivers seamless service, keeps guests safe and ensures every detail is ready for the next day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Manage night operations confidently, ensuring smooth handovers and consistent standards.
* Use Opera, Knowcross and Micros systems to support guest arrivals, departures and overnight tasks.
* Complete income audits, safety checks and early-morning call requests.
* Deliver warm, attentive service – checking guests in/out, assisting with luggage and providing information.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness across public areas during quieter periods.
* Resolve guest requests and issues with confidence, professionalism and urgency.
* Support the night team with coaching, service delivery and departmental procedures.
Who You Are:
* Experienced in customer-facing roles, confident resolving issues face-to-face or over the phone.
* Calm under pressure, attentive and able to communicate clearly in English (CEFR B2).
* Skilled with MS Office and comfortable learning hotel systems.
* Bonus: Opera/PMS experience, strong admin skills and hospitality training.
