This is a temporary, full-time or part-time position offering 12, 20, and 30 hours per week. The role is based in the H&M Southampton store.
As a Sales Advisor, your responsibilities include prioritizing customer satisfaction and creating an exceptional in-store shopping experience. You will work with a team to drive sales and share product and fashion knowledge.
Key responsibilities:
1. Inspire customers by promoting campaigns, offers, and activities, contributing to sales and profit goals.
2. Provide and receive honest feedback to support personal and team development.
3. Follow health and safety routines to ensure the safety and well-being of colleagues and customers.

Additional Information
Availability is flexible for 3, 5, or 7 days, including weekends. Please note, sponsorship under the skilled worker route is not available for this position.
