A top 20 international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate (4–8 PQE) to join its thriving Real Estate team in Guildford.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, strategically significant real estate transactions, advising a broad range of clients including developers, institutional investors, fund managers, property companies, and corporate occupiers.
The Role:
* Lead on a variety of real estate transactions, including development and investment deals.
* Advise on acquisitions, disposals, and funding of development sites and investment properties.
* Draft and negotiate complex real estate documents (agreements for lease, development agreements, contracts of sale and purchase).
* Provide strategic advice on planning, land assembly, and infrastructure agreements.
* Support clients with landlord & tenant relations, including lease negotiations and asset management.
* Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and trainees.
