Commercial Finance Manager
Leading Construction Business | Northampton (2 days per week on-site) | £75,000 + 10% Bonus

The Role
As Commercial Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role across the finance function with a broad and varied remit including:
* Financial Reporting - Delivering accurate management accounts and insightful commentary to support business decision-making
* Business Partnering - Working closely with operational teams to drive performance and profitability
* FP&A - Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities
* Business Strategy - Contributing to strategic planning initiatives and supporting long-term growth objectives
* Optimisation - Identifying process improvements and driving efficiency across the business
You'll have direct exposure to senior leadership and the Board, giving you a clear line of sight on how strategic decisions are made and implemented.
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Demonstrable experience in commercial finance, ideally with exposure to FP&A
* Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
* Commercially minded with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
* Ambitious and eager to progress to Finance Director or similar senior leadership roles
* Construction or project-based industry experience is advantageous but not essential
