Our beautiful spa is a haven of relaxation, and we’re looking for a warm, attentive Spa Receptionist to welcome guests and create an exceptional wellness experience. Are you passionate about delivering outstanding guest service in a serene, luxury environment? As the welcoming face of our spa, you’ll ensure every guest feels relaxed and cared for from the moment they arrive. What You’ll Do Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes. Handle phone calls, emails, and provide accurate information on spa services and promotions. Schedule and confirm appointments using our booking system. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Keep reception and retail areas clean, organized, and inviting. Promote spa packages, gift cards, and retail products. Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure satisfaction. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (hair, beauty, fitness, or spa setting). Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Proficiency with booking systems and Microsoft Office. Friendly, professional demeanour and attention to detail.
