Role Purpose:
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic revenue growth across the UK and European enterprise markets. This role is designed for a proven closer who thrives in complex sales environments, can influence at the C-Suite level, and is passionate about solving cyber workforce challenges through training and certification.
You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, with support from marketing, customer success, technical solution teams as well as external support from our partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
* Consistently achieve and exceed enterprise sales quota (net new business + account expansion).
* Develop co-selling motions with top tier partners to accelerate access to target accounts.
* Identify and close opportunities across regulated industries.
* Build and manage senior relationships with CISOs, CTOs, Risk & Compliance leaders, and Heads of HR/L&D.
* Lead complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision makers.
* Collaborate with internal teams to design bespoke enterprise training programs, certification pathways, and lab solutions which align to varying use cases.
* Expand presence within existing enterprise accounts through cross-sell and up-sell.
* Represent EC-Council at industry events, driving brand awareness and building thought-leadership presence.
* Manage pipeline, maintain accurate forecasting and rigorous CRM hygiene.
Requirements:
* 7+ years enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or professional training/education.
* Proven record of meeting/exceeding quota and closing six and seven-figure enterprise deals.
* Expertise in managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders - directly and with partners.
* Experience engaging technical (CISO, SecOps, IT Security) and business (HR, L&D, Procurement) buyers.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Ability to travel across the UK, EU and internationally as required.
Advantageous to Have:
* Network of senior decision makers in UK Enterprise or Government.
* Channel experience.
* Cybersecurity training or certification knowledge (EC-Council, CompTIA, ISC², SANS, etc.).
