What We Offer

Salary: £29,294 - £40,814 per year (Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)

Contract Type: Part Time – 30 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), 52 weeks per year

What You’ll Do

• Teach and assess learners across a range of Art & Design programmes

• Deliver engaging practical and theoretical sessions in areas such as drawing, digital media, design, graphics, textiles, photography or other specialisms

• Support students in developing strong creative portfolios and professional skills

• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing

• Inspire students to explore, experiment, and develop confidence in their practice

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant Art, Design, or Creative Industry qualification (Level 3 or above)

• Strong professional experience in a creative field — such as fine art, design, illustration, media, photography, textiles, or craft

• Current knowledge of industry techniques, materials, digital tools, and creative processes

• A teaching qualification is welcome — but if you don’t yet have one, we’ll support you to achieve it while you work!
