Salary: £40-46,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the preparation and coordination of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
* Oversee project delivery from concept through to completion, ensuring design intent and technical accuracy are maintained
* Mentor and support junior technicians and team members, fostering professional growth within the studio
* Liaise effectively with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve complex technical and construction challenges
* Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and environmental standards
* Contribute to the continued development of BIM workflows and best practice technical standards within the practice
Skills and Experience
* Extensive experience in an architectural practice, ideally in a senior or lead technician capacity
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (strong BIM experience advantageous)
* In‑depth understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, and materials
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively
* Excellent problem‑solving, coordination, and communication skills
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and lead technical aspects of projects
