We’re offering an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire our Funeral Service Operatives, ensuring exceptional care and professionalism for every client. As an Area Support Centre Manager, you’ll oversee operations across multiple support centres, champion team development, and deliver our vision of outstanding end-of-life services.

What to expect...

10. Manage and mentor a dedicated team to exceed client expectations.
11. Oversee funeral delivery and support centre operations, ensuring standards and procedures are upheld.
12. Handle team performance, recruitment, and development with a focus on accountability and excellence.
13. Ensure compliance, security, and operational efficiency while managing budgets and KPIs.
14. Build relationships with external agencies and promote community engagement initiatives

What we're looking for...

15. Strong leadership experience in operations or logistics.
16. People-focused, with proven skills in coaching and team management.
17. Excellent communicator and problem solver, with strong organisational abilities.
18. IT literate and confident in managing budgets and performance.
19. Funeral industry experience is a plus but not essential.
20. UK driving licence required (company car provided).

Training...

21. Previous experience within the funeral industry is not required as we’ll provide full training.
22. Travel to other sites will be required.
