Distil is searching for a hands-on, customer-obsessed Product Manager to own our AI-powered SaaS product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond.
We help businesses unlock smarter insights with our modular AI-driven solutions, transforming how they engage with their customers to offer a better customer experience whilst maximising revenue & profit.
Your work here won’t just add features it will directly shape how our clients grow and succeed.
You’ll be Distil’s first dedicated Product hire. That means you’ll play a key role in defining the product function, help shape the roadmap, and can grow into a senior product & future leadership role as the business scales.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading discovery: talking to customers, uncovering opportunities, and mapping value.
* Translating insights into simple, elegant AI-powered product experiences alongside design and engineering.
* Working directly with the Founder you will own the roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term vision.
* Driving features from idea → delivery → iteration, ensuring each release makes an impact.
* Acting as the bridge between customers, design, engineering, sales, and marketing.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or B2B tech environment.
* Strong discovery, UX, and roadmap planning skills.
* Experience working closely with engineering teams, in an Agile manner, to deliver features at pace.
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
* Ideally some experience of working in a start up / scale up environment.
* Any domain experience, such as supplying solutions into restaurant or hospitality chains, or similar would be advantageous.
* Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV, CAC) and a range of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma etc would be of interest.
