🎯 Drive Strategy
Lead and evolve our internal communications strategy
Align messaging with business goals and employee ownership values
Plan and manage a dynamic communications calendar🗣️ Empower Leaders
Partner with senior leaders to deliver clear, authentic messaging
Equip managers with toolkits, templates, and briefing packs
Support communication cascades across our nationwide branches📣 Create & Manage Content
Own channels like newsletters, intranet, video, and Viva Engage
Produce engaging, high-quality content (written & visual)
Deliver impactful campaigns that people want to read💬 Champion Employee Voice
Create meaningful two-way communication
Turn feedback into action and insight
Work with HR and internal groups to strengthen culture and engagement📊 Measure What Matters
Track performance using analytics and engagement data
Continuously improve how we communicate and connect🧠 What You’ll Bring
Experience in internal communications or employee engagement
Proven experience producing visual and multimedia content from scripting and filming to editing
Confidence working with senior leaders
Strong storytelling and content creation skills
Experience with tools like Microsoft 365, SharePoint & Viva Engage
Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging messagesBonus points if you have:
Experience in employee-owned or values-led businesses
Multi-site or branch communication experience
CIPR or IoIC certification (or working towards it)🎁 What You’ll Get
