Experience required…
Essential:
8. Proven technical ability in the design and assessment of bridges and highway structures.
9. Degree qualified in relevant subject, ideally to MSc
10. Working towards Chartership with ICE or IStrutE
11. Good working knowledge of DMRB and Eurocodes
12. Proficiency in use of structural analytical software
13. Ability to deliver structural designs from concept to detailed designs stages.
14. Experience of working on National Highways and Local Authority schemes
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
16. Ability to think in an innovative and entrepreneurial way
17. Willingness to travel within the region if required
18. The legal right to work in the UK
19. A full UK driving licence
Desirable:
20. Bridge stock Asset Management experience desirable
21. Familiarity working within a BIM project environment desirable.
